I'd take Kershaw and Verlander right now... however, they're the 2 obvious frontrunners IMHO. Still think they can both win. Halladay could win for NL, but who else for AL is a strong candidate before the season? I don't think Verlander wins 24 games again, but maybe 21-22 with his lineup and his ability to be very filthy. I know CC will put up some numbers and Angels have a number of guys who could get hot, maybe Darvish is sick for Texas, but doubtful adjusting to a new league. Can't think of many other pitchers capable in AL. Now NL, Greinke could be tough, but don't think Milwaukee has the bats this year. Otherwise, who? Hamels? Johnson-he looked weak tonight... Strasburg? NL has more candidates.
