Jay Cutler kneels to the Chicago 45 for -1 yards.

2nd and 11 at the Chicago 45.

toughest loss all year if you ask me for bears backers

dont care turnovers or not, chitown was absoltuley the better team

I don't agree. Better team, sure. But 3 turnovers inside the 20 and you lose by 6, makes me think, you don't make some bonehead mistakes and U have an easy cover, if not win.

Bottom line is that bears are not a TD better than the Lions. That was the worst I can imagine the Lions playing. They aren't great but Cutler "is who we thought he was." Serviceable.

That said I am sorry for Bear backers. You did get hosed.

thursday, when san fran almost covered, you said it wouldnt of been right because they hadnt covered all game

this is basically the same theory

chitown covered the 1st quarter, 1st half, and shoulda been game

ya they had turnovers, but if they score a TD, chi-town doesnt call clock running plays like they were....

a lot of Ifs and coulda's in gambling,

but we will agree to disagree if you dont think thats a fucked up loss for bears backers

and if they played next week I would say the lions are the side again

i dont think the bears are a TD better

but this game, tonite, they surely were....

why????????

cause detroit didnt hold onto the rock, show up in big situations, punch it in

that is part of the game, and what makes a team "better" then the others...

all im sayin, is tonite, they got fucked

The Lions are a pathetic joke with all of the talent they have to be so incompetent on offense. Schwartz should be fired after the season.

All I said last week was that niners backers couldn't call it a " bad beat" when they weren't covering all game. The niners didn't cover after not covering all game, and it wasn't a bad beat.

This week the bears didn't cover after they were covering all game. That could be called a bad beat, but I don't feel it was. They were in jeopardy all game and let them hang around.

If the lions didn't cover (like sf), and I called it a bad beat for lions bettors (even though theu were never covering), then that would be a contradiction. This isn't.

All good though. I respect your opinion on these games, and I don't think what we are saying is all that far off.

Detroit had a million chances to cover that game, so the fact that they did isn't surprising.

Addict... can we agree that a) Lions were the right pick tonight and b) Chicago got hosed?

Chicago won fair and square but two botched punt returns and three red zone possessions with no TDs? That was brutal.

I hear you. I love being on the wrong side and winning. Just didn't think this one fit the mold

At any rate, okie st was nice, but pretty crappy otherwise. I've been weak in college for a few weeks now. See you in the college forum. Lets nail it
