Baltimore's bullpen has been getting overworked lately so I would expect to see Hargrove keep Johnson out there as long as he can go. He has a strong arm and is still pitching pretty solidly. Shoeneweis hasnt pitched that well in his last two starts. I would take Baltimore and if you want, hedge a little on the over. Balt has been hitting the ball well and if Johnson struggles then it probably will go over. But I like Baltimore in this first game.
