This is what I did today....

Woke up, went to International Food Market bought a bunch of stuff I needed. Went to Dry Cleaner. Went to McDonalds because I knew I wouldn't have much time.

Peeled 6 lbs of jumbo shrimps and did these at about 3 times the amounts in the videos for the Big Green Egg tomorrow...

Went to Costco. Spent about 2 hours there. Went to Wine Store and Liquor Store. Picked up pizza. Came home and worked with wife on more party favors. Tomorrow will make this:

A friend from Pakistan is bringing a few lbs of his extra spicy chicken which will be great.

Going to make this (substituting Appleton's dark rum because Bacardi is crap, also going to add some Mango juice to it and mix it up with some other ingredients because I think this recipe is too simple) to go along with the assorted beers and wines we have:

The chickens in Pakistan are spicier? Never knew that. Wonder if they put old bay in their feed or sum shit like that. :shrug:

No, they just prepare their food really spicy. He's made chicken for us before at a few of his parties and it was fantastic - but spicy. Should be a great party, am looking forward to it.

I never lie.

Clint Perkinson is still wiped out and so very thankful that this diarrhea didn't start until after I got home. I think 18 hours of it is enough, so hopefully it will stop soon! :)
