At last, we know for sure: Gordon-Levitt's John Blake is a guy who hasn't been sullied by the seedy underbelly of human nature so prevalent in Gotham. "Commissioner Gordon and Bruce Wayne have become somewhat jaded, so we wanted to contrast that with a younger, more idealistic individual who, in a way, represents where they've come from," Nolan says. "Joe really captured the strength and courage of a man who refuses to back down, regardless of the odds."

The new mode of transport freed up the earthbound Bat Pod for Catwoman, but Anne Hathaway admits she wasn't the one raising hell on two wheels. "When they asked me if I thought I could ride it, I said, ?You give me the opportunity, and I guarantee I can do it,'" said stunt driver Jolene Van Vugt. Speaking of stunt doubles, the evil Bane knows Batman's every move?literally. Bale's double in the first two films, fight coordinator Buster Reeves, stepped in for Tom Hardy's scariest-bad-guy-yet as well.

My son and his Grandma are going to a marathon starting at 6 PM Thursday with the 1st Batman w/Bale, the 2nd one and then finishing with this one at midnight.
I would have done this myself but I have plans with a bunch of degenerates next Friday and thought I better get some sleep Thursday night.

saw the midnight show last night.. what a fucking movie! you will not be disappointed by this for even one minute.

Saw this movie and here's the thing........
This movie isn't as good as the second one. The order of movies should have been this.
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight Rises
The Dark Knight
Scarecrow was okay for a villain
The Joker (Mainly because of Heath Ledger) was brilliant! (Even though he died like a bitch)
Bane is the only one who can compete physically with Batman, but still - he isn't a big enough Villain to warrant the final trilogy.
So -
Scarecrow - Methodically plans his shit.
Joker - Unmethodically plans his shit which makes him unpredictable and terrifying.
Bane - To lackluster in his plans. He was tough, but not terrifying psychologically.
I know I am thinking too much into it and I should just enjoy it, and I did, but I kept thinking that this trilogy could have been perfect.
The storylines needed to be changed to fit the villains. If the storylines and succession of villains were changed like I said, I would have enjoyed this trilogy immensely more.
I still really like the movie though. :0074

Interesting take on it.
Curiously, do you follow the Batman storyline via the Comic Books or are the movies your primary indulgence with Batman?
Havent seen the movie yet but I will this weekend..
As far as ending the series with Joker instead of Bane I disagree.
If you want to stay true to the comic you have to end it with Bane. In the comics Bane is the one who breaks Batmans back and ended him... So its only fitting that Bane is the final villian in the films. Like I said I havent seen the movie yet by my guess is Bane fucks Batman up good like he did in the final comics.
