I've turned over there literally 5 times n between other shows, and it has been a commercial every time. I remember now that's one of the main reasons I quit watching, that and my driver sux now.

Can't say that I have ever watched auto racing, but I like the kid that won today after watching his post race interview.

I see some madjackers don't like watching hockey.

But some will watch Nascar:shrug: ......I rather watch Oprah shave her snatch then watch Nascar.

I mean talk about boring.

I never enjoyed it until I attended Talledega a couple years back, when Carl Edwards was flipped 100 yards before the finish line.

It was literally the best event I have went to. Been to an NBA All Star game, SuperBowl, World Series.... Talledega made it awesome. That being said, I turn in when it has around 40 laps left. WHile there, though, wearing the Nextel headsets, the whole strategy, and conversation made it unbelievable!!!

Just my 2 cents, and I am not close to being a redneck!!!

What would be boring about that??

btw, I don't understand or watch NASCAR, but the revenue results are very tough to argue with.

most people who don't watch it...a) never experienced it..b) don't understand it...c) dont have a rooting interest (fav. driver) and d) some sports arent for everyone

kinda like hockey i guess...better sport in person...never heard of anyone walking away from their first race having a bad time...where else can you bring your own beer into the event?

you just dont realize how fast they are going til you are there and how much is involved...

Hockey and NASCAR sucks.

NASCAR is about pretty colors and fast moving objects.
