A lot of teams were on different agendas though. All testing speeds so far are pretty inconclusive, except the big restrictor plate teams(DEI, Hendrick, Gibbs, RCR and a little Rousch and Yates) are still the class.

We of course have the wild card with Toyota.

Damn, did I just say Toyota in a cup thread???????

WTF is going on?

I think, Toyota has a hard time getting a W this year. If they get a W, I really think they get it with the "car of tomorrow" or COT. Kinda evens the playing feild and gives them the best shot.

Between Toyota and the COT, its gonna put unknown factors in the mix. COT practices are going to be crucial to cap these things

DENNY HAMLIN 20-1
KYLE BUSCH 22-1
JEFF BURTON 22-1
CASEY MEARS 30-1
RYAN NEWMAN 30-1
GREG BIFFLE 30-1
MARTIN TRUEX JR 35-1
JAMIE MCMURRAY 35-1
MARK MARTIN 40-1
BRIAN VICKERS 40-1
CLINT BOWYER 40-1
DALE JARRETT 40-1
KASEY KAHNE 40-1
JEREMY MAYFIELD 50-1
SCOTT RIGGS 50-1
PAUL MENARD 50-1
ELLIOT SADLER 50-1
REED SORRENSON 60-1
BOBBY LABONTE 60-1
JUAN MONTOYA 80-1
JJ YELEY 80-1
FIELD (ALL OTHERS) 20-1

Any early leans? I think Casey Mears at 30-1 has good value.

Kvapil in trucks is solid, made a pass yesterday on the outside and passed three trucks on the outside without any help.Fastest in all three practices.Rouch and ford seem to have a huge advantage so far.

gotta look at the guys on the big teams that have value.

Mears (like luggs said)
Kyle Busch
Hamlin
Treux

I think Jeff Burton could be strong too.

IMO stay away from anything Dodge or Toyota. Chevy has ruled plate tracks for 5 + years.

Plate races are the biggest crapshoot to cap. I always look for value. We wont know much till the 150's

I don`t know if you guys have Direct Tv or not and was thinking about getting Nascar HotPass but there going to have a free preview at Daytona.

I was on the fence on giving up 80$ until there giving up a free ride at Daytona.
