The thing is, here are the last two comments I made on the situation:
1. That makes a lot of sense, Sun Tzu. I would assume you have a pretty good handle on this case, considering your position and location. You mentioned that this case will go nowhere...do you really think that? I don't know, not privvy to much unspun info, as you surmise. I'm honestly asking your opinion.

2. I'm sure they'd much rather have a judge that went on a golf trip or 8 with Delay or donated thousands to the NRA to protect his right to take an AK-47 on one of his hunting trips. Can't blame them for trying.
