The Lord giveth and the lord taketh away.

Tech is ready to pound them, still they have given up one backdoor that I know of. WV beating them staight up will take some serious referee involvement

OK....I guess we will see if an overrated VT can come to Morgantown for a night game and cover a 14 point chalk. They won't and I'll cash a ticket.

Scott in Atlanta- I thought I told you to stay out of my threads.

I'm with you on this one Wilson. WVa can hang within 14 @ home with Miami on the horizon.

Worm,

I don't remember asking for you to give your 'LOCK or Gurantee" on this game. I'm just trying to help...if you want to play VT and lose money...play it. Good Luck to you.

Scott,

Again, I've never liked you and never will....why are you in this thread?

Stay out of his threads when he asks you to. Or else I go back into the Cow thread with guns blazing.

WVa has proved themselves in these kinds of games before and VaTech has proven themselves to start to falter at this time of year before. I would lean to WVa.

Wilson, What did you expect the spread to be at?

Bobby,

The game atmosphere will be electric. WVU beat practically the same VT last year in Blacksburg. WVU's OLINE has played extremely well vs Miami and Rutgers.....I think they were just young and had two bad games vs. Cincy and Maryland. This is a huge game for WVU, with VT backstabbing them and leaving for ACC...the whole state is already buzzing for this game.

I expected the line to be at 10 and thought it had great value at that number. Randall can be rattled...but, he has yet to play anywhere this year or against any competition that have had a chance against him. I think WVU defense will be extra motivated (same defense that held Miami to 1 offensive touchdown). Give me a two touchdown cushion in a night game in a hostile environment any time and I will take it.

Good Luck
