Wilson, I agree.... WVU can hang within this number, especially with Miami on deck for Va Tech.... I'm going to wait and see if I can get 14 or more.... Good luck this week and just put those that bother you on your ignore list....

While I do get a laugh from the bashing back and forth I'll chime in with my two cents since I watch every VT game...
This reminds me a lot of the '99 game where VT came to Morgantown as a 19 point favorite and escaped with a 22-20 win. It is almost exactly identical as if I remember correctly they were scheduled to play Miami the following week as is the case here. A close game on national t.v. would not suprise me at all nor a game decided by 7 points or less. That being the case I can't see WV winning outright in any senario. Morgantown is an electric place to play/see a game. I attended a '97 Saturday night game versus Miami on ESPN when Miami was ranked #3 and WV was top-15. That was the year WV had Famous Amos, Corey Ivy and one of the best defenses I've ever seen. My friend's brother was MLB and they lost a heart-breaker 10-7. The point is this game is always a big rivalry game and for WV backers I'd be shocked if the line doesn't move to 14+ before kickoff so I'd sit tight. Best of luck to those who play as I'll probably pass. Beamer Ball has been all over the map with him taking out starters and putting in 2nd and 3rd string guys before halftime. It has been very hard to read this team week-to-week and with Miami next week I imagine he will be somewhat conservative...

No way in hell does west virginia win this game, they may cover the 14 they will NOT win. VTech will not lose another game this year. They will run the table.

I know I have not done this for awhile but I felt this game warrants a "little insight" from a players perspective....
I just got off the phone with Mike and OH MY!!!!! this Mountaineer team is going to come out breathing fire Wednesday night!!!..
Mike has the "feeling", his teammates have the "feeling" and the coaching staff has the "feeling"....but more importantly Mike told me they all know OUR FANS HAVE THE FEELING!!!and they are asking all of us to rock the stadium and let the Hokies know they are in for a real ass kickin'!!!
Mike said the atmosphere surrounding the coaching staff and team has been all business but they are loose and ready...he does not feel they will be over psyched....and they will be ready to show the nation the same Mountaineer team that beat up on Miami...only this time the outcome will be a victory for all Mountaineer faithful....
we all know this is a young team for the most part but they all will be playing like veterans Wednesday night...I could hear the confidence in his voice...Coach Rod and staff will have the team ready to play their best football!!
I am not trying to give false hopes but I really believe these guys know what has to be done, how important it is for the program that they get a win on national TV and let the entire college football universe know that the Big East is alive and well!!!

WVU student here & i will be at the game, rasheed is awful. They might hang around for awhile but i dont think they will win. I hope they do but everytime i bet on WVU they screw me, no wonder because the players are always out drinking and smoking weed and chasin girls......
