I'll have to admit I don't know much about unions but with the reports out there about decertification so that they can go to the courts as individuals just doesn't seem fair. They know they can't win as a union so they decertify so they can sue as an individual and more than likely win.
Either you're a union or not in my eyes. It doesn't seem fair to me that they can have the best of both worlds. But like I said, I don't know much about unions.
