no, its all bets are off, at least that's how it graded at my book.
The game ended in a tie, so MLB officals will decicde if the game is to be made up or if its just cancelled

I wish but at my book the game must go 9 innings or if the home team is winning 8.5 to be considered a complete game. Hoefully they screw up because it is a difference of $250 for me.
