I took Denver +7 earlier. That's right, I backed Jake Plummer on the road against a good team. If you'll excuse me I need to go have my head examined...

If Denver hadn't lost 5 turnovers @ St Louis then they would probably be 2-0 and I could see the line being smaller
Jake Plummer is much better then he has played
The Broncos played bad last week and should play better tonite in a marquee game. They may have been looking ahead last week past the cheifs without trent green.

Well there isn't a ton of analysis to my pick. I just think the Broncos are a much better team than what they've showed so far. And although NE is still a good team they're not nearly as good as they were a few years ago. I think if Denver can slow down NE's ground game it will be a close game. Brady is a great QB but his options at WR are limited now. Denver's D really needs to step up so that it isn't on Plummer to win the game. I think they will. Good luck...
