Denver weather currently is 21 degrees w a light snow shower. 40-50% chance of snow all day plus 32 at game time. And the phillies r throwing Pedro. Total is 9. Any thoughts on the possibilty that Pedro can't get loose in that kinda weather?

THAT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. THIS HAS TO BENEFIT THE ROCKIES. THOUGH THE PHILLIES HAD A HUGE ADVANTAGE IN THE WS VS THE RAYS LAST YEAR WHEN THE RAYS HAD TO PLAY IN 40' TEMPS INSTEAD OF THE 76' TROP. WOW SNOW TOO MAYBE THEY WILL POSTPONE THIS ONE.

Give me a break, I think the Rays and Minnesota have the biggest day in and day out advantage in baseball , home field! I have been to your stadium, its like playing under a circus tent. I almost fell asleep in the stands. The Phillies had to play there for the first time and played well! You better expect to be playing in 40 degree weather in postseason, with all the strong north-east clubs. Phillies play fine in cold weather, I do not see an advantage, except the fact that Martinez is 40 and may have a problem getting loose. You can blame manuel on that, depleting our roster.
i didn't know boston was such a warm weather town. oh wait pedro pitched there and pitched great in the cold weather. don't make a big deal of the weather in colorado. nobody likes to play baseball in the cold, if they do they're lying. hitting in frigid weather is awful for your hands and its not fun. i'm sure jason hammel doesn't like it either so don't act like colorado has an edge. this game will be close and the weather won't determine who wins the game.
