funny this is very interesting strategy ... I wouldve taken another knee and either kickd fg or gone for it on 4th ... no way i would give ball to denver with 1 min left and only up 8 ... long ago when I coached fball I lost a game leading by one at midfield on 2nd and 8 and we broke for a TD with 90 secs left in game... i was younger and dumber than I am now and shouda told kid to fall down,other team had 1 time out left ... they scored, went for 2 and we lost in OT ... lessons like that make a coach think things thru .. personally, I thinking Marty made wrong call ... his chances to lose are still very much alive .. damn marty and idiot SD players getting penalties ... you always run clock down as far as possible ... you dont mess with Fate ... lucky to not have 4 throws into end zone ... damn, got SD to win DIV so that was huge
