Have never had much luck with derby and I deem it toughest of all races to cap considering none have went that distance prior but more importantly size of field which brings in element of luck of the ride.
Got a few longs shots I like on Saturdays card.
Race 2 #6 Quiet One ml 6/1
Race 7 # 7 Penny Marie ml 12/1
Race 10 # 6 Workman ml 5/1

Two longshots both @ 15/1 that at think could fire in derby are #3 Perfect Drift and # 16 Saarland

Good luck to all.

Hey Dogs,

I am going to try to start off the day with boxcar ##'s. I think the #10 in the first has a shot to bust the DD wide open. He looks to be coming into form and he is 2 for 5 lifetime at CD, and better yet he is 30-1 morn line.

Daily Doubles
10 with 1, 6, 9

I would love nothing better than to start with nice longshot for this crowd in Louisville. The derby is too tough for me so I will just sit back and watch.....................Good luck.

Hey guys. How are ya Biff?

I'm going with a Oaks/Derby double that may be a sucker gimmick for starters, compounded by the fact that I included too many horses. But I am going to enjoy this weekend, without worry.

Nothing more to add from this end Biff.As always this race will be won on lost via the short 1st turn and who comes out of it in position and in tact.

DTB,

I agree with Perferct Drift and Saarland. Took a stab with the WSEX prop of them to beat M-ORO. M-ORO should bounce to the moon. Good luck DTB.

I won't be playing M'D'Oro myself, but if you are looking for horses trained by Bobby Frankel to bounce sky high, you will be looking for a needle in a haystack. The lightly raced guy may just not have it - but Frankel horses don't bounce in races of this magnititude. Belive me, I have been watching Frankel since he started out here as king of the claimers. He knows what he is doing and would never put a horse in a race like this if he didn't like its chances. Just my 2 cents - hope everybody hits what should be a real nice trifecta!!!!
