I lost 1 unit with LA -8 in Game 1. After Game 1, I bet 2 units on Lakers -250 to win the series. I was bailed out with that crazy OT game. Now after Game 3, my series bet with the Lakers is hopeless. I can't even hedge now that Detroit took Game 3.

I can take the 3-unit loss in this year's NBA Finals or I can gamble and recover with a huge series bet on Detroit -135 now.

I honestly can't see how LA is going to win the next 3 out of 4. They have been out played and out coached (except for that OT fiasco in LA) in every aspect of the game. Speed kills in sports, and the Pistons players are just too quick for LA.

Damn it! I'm putting 3 units in for Detroit at minus 135 to win the Championship.

Best of luck to me.

I think that was a bad move. Last night was just 1 game. Remember, this Laker team was down 0-2 to Spurs and came back to LA and won 4 straight in that series. I think the Lakers were +400 (or something like that) to win that series after game 2. I personally don't think this Detroit team is better than the Spurs. Lakers have excelled with their backs against the wall and all Lakers need to do is win 1 on road to bring it back to LA. Don't be suprised at all to see Lakers win game 4. They will be bringing their defense. Lakers for god knows what reason did not come out with energy last night. I guess they like the drama.

Remember 2 years ago, Lakers were down 3-2 to Kings (who were by far much more talented than Lakers) and Lakers won last 2 games. There is decent chance Shaq/Kobe/Phil figure this thing out. You should have hedged like I did after game 2 since it was likely Lakers would lose 1st game in Detroit. I wouldn't hedge now cuz no value.

Series gets decided on Sunday and we will see what Detroit is made of and what Lakers are made of. Remember, Shaq has always dominated when he gets more than 1 days rest. Look for him to run up the floor and hustle on rebounds.

Watch Lakers go through Shaq on offense (like they always do when backs against wall) and Kobe taking it very aggressively to the hoop. Something that has not been done conistently in this series (although it was somewhat done in game 2 where Pistons only led for 2min. 16 sec. of the game). It also seems like Lakers never make adjustments until backs against the wall and always seem to relish on making things harder for themselves.

I also don't think Pistons will be shooting 17 more free throws than the Lakers. HUGE ADVANTAGE for Pistons whether or not they deserved it. Lakers def. will be taking it to the hoop in game 4 which should even out the free throw disparity. Without the free throw disparity, Pistons are in trouble. Pistons have gone to the line 84 times to LA's 54 in 3 games.

LOL Scott! Last night was just one game???? HAHAHA....uh...what about the othe 2 games? Pistons have DOMINATED entire series, and by ALL RIGHTS Pistons SHOULD be up 3-0...no biggie tho...that Laker win actually allowed me to win even more money due to the over adjustment of the line...and this will not end til Weed and the boys from Motown are wearing rings...I love it...people actually still think Lakers will win the series! It is logic (or lack therof) like this that allows Vegas to tear down perfectly good hotels and build new ones in their place!

Have you been watching the LA-Detroit series.............Detroit is making the Lakers look like a YMCA team...........SA on the other hand looked like the YMCA team against the Lakers................

Even without the ft disparity the Lakers still would have lost bad.......they are getting outplayed in almost every area of the game:)

Everything said above is correct except for the final outcome.

No way Lakers win 3 straight now. I made the right move by buying back that stupid Lakers series bet. :D

Well they did feed Shaq and he produced. But then they stopped in the 4th quarter? WHY?

Kobe did not take it to the basket enough but can you blame him? Detroit's #1 focus was stopping Kobe and allowing zero penetration. No way could Kobe get to the basket. Anybody who criticizes his play tonight really did not watch how great Detroit defended him. He took tough shots, they just did not go in like they usually do. Tip your hat off to Prince and company.
