I was going to post the same thing.

I just finished Season 2 and half-way thru, I felt this was getting to be like a 'soap-opera' with all the sub-plots evolving 'couples'.

SHOW ME THE BODIES...you're a serial killer, Dex...


IMO, the Bay Harbour Butcher would have been a great Season 3 or Season 4 story to re-engerize the show.

Keith Carridine, is good and I something about Dexter's girlfriend, Rita, is HOT!!!

Srgt. Doakes is great, he and Dex are good together..

ok i'm 9 epsiodes into season 1, fucking LOVE the show. I even bought the book to read also.

but i think the way they tell you who the Ice truck Killer is without you having to figure it out was lame. I'm sure there's a twist coming (no reason to lie I saw on wikipedia it's his brother) but wtf, they just handed it to you after all that suspense and mystery. so he's gonna try to kill dexter's sister to make it just dexter so him and dexter can be a family again? just 2 serial killers killing for no good?
