Down 33-9. Looks like the weak PAC 12 got one too many teams in the tournament.
Happens every year.

don't lump these ass clowns in with the pac 10 (although I think col-asu were absolute bet againsts)

col should have been in the play in game instead of tenn, they're not that good since Dinwiddie went down.

You are right. Pitt is just too strong for them .Oregon and ASU have a chance to get good wins.
Not sure Stanford will win a game.
Zona and UCLA are head and shoulders above the rest.
I would love to see a Creighton Arizona game in Elite Eight.

an ore win over a depleted byu wouldn't be good

asu fking sucks and when they get behind carson will go into nba tryout mode driving and chucking all game long so he can impress........maybe the Turkish league scouts will be watching??

I could see ore giving wisc trouble

stan.....think they match up well with nm......the mwc always performs well in this tourney :mj07:

13 assists for Pitt and 0 for Colorado.

Jamie has the Panthers roaring today.

Pitt and Florida Saturday might be a good game.

:mj07: You cannot be serious...

Looks like NCAA committee did not think too much of SEC giving only 3 teams invite.
Pitt has played a much better schedule if you factor in their games versus ncaa teams.
If you look at last 8 conference games on the road Florida only looked great at South Carolina.
Kentucky had the ball with a chance to beat Florida last Sunday.
I see no reason why Pitt would get embarrassed in game with Florida.
I think you will see beating up on Miss St, Ole Miss, Vandy, Missouri, Ga, Ark, Alabama, Auburn,LSU, Tx AM and South Carolina may prove to be a non factor in this tournament.
Florida lost to two NCAA non conference teams. UConn and Wisky.
They beat two. Kansas and Memphis.
I think Pitt will give Florida a pretty good game. At 8.5 or 9 points I will play Pitt.

Do they play a lot of games on the road in the NCAA Tournament?

I'd probably lay off the game at that price, but it Pitt could very easily lose by double digits. No way in the world do they win.

They play as many on the road as they play at home.

Lowell,

You mention Florida losses to Wisconsin and UCONN on the road. In the Wisconsin game you fail to mention that Florida played without SEC player of the year in Wilbekin as well as 6th man of the year Dorian Finney-Smith. It was a one possession game late in a pretty hostile environment. The UCONN game was played without Kasey Hill and lost on a fluke tip scramble, but don't let facts get in the way of a good story.

Did they have them when they beat the powerhouse Vandy team by three points?
Don't see Kansas fans making excuses because of injuries.
Is this the same Kasey Hill that scores 5 points a game? You are using that as excuse?
I am sure some teams Florida played had injuries also.
I see Florida is shooting 56 percent and is up 34-28 at the half. I made a statement the Pitt would give Florida a good game.
I still believe that but Florida has to win today.

It's funny you pick out games that fit your agenda, that's call data mining. Every team is going to have games especially on the road in conference where you aren't going to play well and when you are as highly ranked as Florida was you are going to get everyone's best shot. I can turn around and ask you about Pittsburgh and there overtime game at Miami or double OT game to Virginia Tech or OT game to Clemson.

The problem is you can only attack the 2 losses and neither was played with the roster that Florida plays with at the moment. You only look at points per game and evaluate Kasey Hill and that's your perogative but it also shows you don't completely understand the effect he has while on the floor. He is not called on to do the scoring and if he is then FLorida is in trouble.

To each his own, good luck to Pitt IF FLorida can beat Albany, haha.
