I thought is was awful. A buddy of mine said he liked the "outsiders" point of view on football. But honestly, I dont really give a crap about the outsiders. I'm tuned in to watch a FOOTBALL pre-game show. I want guys like Steve Young and TJ and Jaws talking about FOOTBALL. It seemed totally forced and it caused the guys to yell at each other so much it was distracting. Berman sounded like he didnt know what to do. I tended to watch Fox's pre-game show anyway because I cant freaking stand Stewart Scott (BOOYAHHHH) and this wouldnt make me want to switch back.

Ace.. why are you being so kind on your review??? For a football pregame show..that was the biggest piece of crap...who's next..Emirl Lagasse??? Probably why I never watch any of the pregames anyway...they consist of more of an ego conflict that giving viewers insight. The only pregame I watched religiously was the old "Monday Night Edge" with Allie Sherman And JAWS...I thought it was great.(think I spelled his name right)
It sucked. But most the time he does. He's what we used to call a back patter. He pats his own all the time.

What do you expect from this network now? ESPN isn't about sports anymore...only entertainment. I never watch it anymore unless a game is on and even then I have the volume off. Chris Berman...geez almighty is his act tired and old.

I thought he was pretty funny. He does know his football. he would bet better if he was with the big group of guys talking about the game instead of off separate. Too Andy Roonyish.
That is bad odds. 1 guy out of 8 here thought he was not to bad.
