I have a friend who gets the HU card and it's programed for $ 250
but there is only $ 300 worth of PPV or sports, when the 300 runs out, he has the cards reprogrammed for $ 25.00
He hasn't got zapped in over a year, but I heard that if the card is unlimited, it gets zapped quite often:shrug:

get your own programmer for the p4's
dont mess with any second party, will drive you crazy and you will loose your shirt
order a programer offshore
do your homework x 5
make it a full time hobby
thats basically what it takes now to get it done without paying out your A**, or having to much frustration.
by the way programmers are only 125$ and all rest of info is updated on the web that you will need to keep you rolling till they update past the P4's
