Just called Directv and complained about my bill being high and asked how much to get out of my contract. The girl transferred me to a retention specialist and I told him I had called Dish and Comcast and what they were offering. He immediately asked me how about NFL Sunday ticket max for FREE, HBO for FREE, and 30 dollars off my bill for the next 12 months :0074 my contract ends next December but I sure will enjoy football season :00hour

The ridiculous thing is that I can't ever get it, I try all the time. We just moved and added 2 more DVRs and they gave it to me for free...or so I thought, until I got billed for it. I called and bitched fully expecting them to waive the fee but they called my bluff and cancelled it.
