normally like to make token plays to start the year. but like this one a lot actually.

arizona diamondbacks (+115)

cubs got lots of runs and hits off a mind-fu.cked pitcher who hasnt been the same since leaving montreal (vazquez). neither pitcher has been particularly great against the opposition but i think this line is all reputation. dbacks were abysmal last season but i like some of the moves they made in the winter. scoring shouldnt be their problem. anything better than even money is a lot of value for arizona imo. decent sized play for me here.

Good Luck gman, but I'm going the other way. Cubbies have a ton of power and can score in bunches. Also the OF defense is greatly improved. Sammy being gone will be a good thing. Cubs just need healthy arms!

was going to play the same thing, looks like we have similar idealogies in all sports lol jk...Dbacks will be getting alot of value, but lets not forget, their are pieces left on this team that know how to win WS (Gonzalez and is boys a few years bacK), and Glaus def is a winner who is dying to prove he can still slam the hell out of the ball for 155+ games in a season...ill join you for the ride

I like the play a bit as Maddox has not fared well at the BOB in recent seasons, tempted to toss a couple of bucks on the over as well. But I really like the Jays tonight at an attractive number.
