At those odds, I think I like the Panthers as the best value for your $. I expect Atlanta to take a couple steps back this year.
Jets, Lions and Broncos also look not bad for the price.

GIANTS mite be interesting @ 10-1 in The NFC EAST..if Burress has a decent year. Does anyone believe that Terrell Owens will sit out?

I plan on hammering Balty.
Balty had every injury under the sun last year, Pitt got every break.
Pitt took a step back in Free agency and Balty got the receiver they needed, with a healthy Heap and Jamal back ready to go, should be the right play.
Terell does not have the balls to sit out, he likes playing too much and being in the spotlight and gets paid more than enuff now.
He will want to be on the field

Don't underestimate Cincy in the AFC North. Marvin Lewis is quietly building a solid team in Cincy that has a potentially explosive offense and a defense that should be much improved with the promotion of Chuck Bresnahan to defensive coordinator. Ravens still have a big question mark with Boller at QB.

have a lot of respect for cincy and marv lewis
they got it all there and that DE Pollack they got in the draft is a horse
cj huge rudi not the break away guy but solid
still not ready with palmer in second year.
the ravens were riddled with injuries
samari rolle and mcalliser are shut down corners allowingthem tto open up the D
ray lewis and ed reed, no one better.

adding mason and mark clayton who is the real deal
mason with 90 plus recepts is a bit of an upgrade over leader on team of 35 catches last year.,
balanced now which is something they have never been and lost 0 on defence
they will get it done,
pitt lost alot and cindy is a wildcard .
odds are in their favor and there is value in taking them at +150 or more in my opinion
they are not losing that division

I respect your opinion, too. But are you aware of all of Cincy's injuries last season?
Lewis is building this defense the same way he did in Baltimore, through the draft. Don't be surprised if Robert Geathers and Justin Smith have big seasons at DE. Pollack and Thurman are sorely needed playmakers. Thurman's intensity so far in offseason workouts has been likened to that of former Bengal Takeo Spikes.
I totally disagree with you on Palmer. He showed his effectiveness and grasping of the offseason over the last 6-8 games before he got hurt and he was giving NE everything they could handle before he got hurt in that game. Cincy also has one of the better lines in this division. Remember Baltimore has lost Bennie Anderson and Casey Raebach from their OL. Not to mention Gary Baxter, Corey Fuller, Ed Hartwell and M. Douglas from the defense.
Mason and Rolle are on the downsides of their careers.
As far as QB's go, you really think Boller is any good? He is without a doubt the worst in the division, even behind Dilfer.
Baltimore's D will be good, but they have lost a lot of talent over the past 2 years. Did you happen to see what Palmer did to this Def at Baltimore last year when he put up 17 points in the 4th qtr. to lead Cincy to the win? Cincy also retained all of it's offensive starters and could be getting a healthy Peter Warrick back that will only add to their explosiveness.
Pittsburgh is still the class of the Division with Cincy and Baltimore vying to knock the out of that spot. Cleveland is in the process of rebuilding the disaster caused by Butch Davis....
