Just a question? If you know practically nothing about it, then why would you bet it? If that's what you want the info for, that is.

Coach G. is gunning for his 400th career win in Saturday's game against Linfield. I'd welcome any info on Linfield, but Coach G. has the heart of a lion and should have his boys up to the task. I see some books with Linfield as a 13 1/2 point favorite. I'm on the Johnnies and Coach G. for certain.

WIU All the way in I-AA, they get a lot of D1 transfers there that are good, actually I went to WIU so I am rooting for them, but they have a good offense and their defense isn't that bad either. They just blew out EIU which has a great QB 48-9, I like them to win it all!!:p

In D2--I don't know who will win between Grand Valley and UNC but pick the winner of that game to win it all. Almost every year the winner comes from the Midwest Region (UNC) and Grand Valley is #1 and lost last years game to North Dakota. I would say Pick UNC in both games--they are loaded with talent.:)

GA Southern/Maine +7 1/2

GA Southern/Maine +7 1/2

Maine gets the short end of the stick once again. Not only do they loose their 1st string QB late in the season, then # 2 gets hurt too. Blackbears have alot of size on both sides of the ball, fairly good D, and some speed at the skill positions. Was down early on the road (Maine never gets a home playoff game, guess the 1-AA doesn't realize we have a field) to App. St last week but fought back to win 14-13.

Don't really know alot about what GA Southern has this year, but if their anything like the past years (Maine has faced them before in the playoffs-lost) they'll be loaded with SPEAD with the triple option. If thats the case again this year it spells trouble for the Blue-N-Black. Maine has the weapons to keep it close with any 1-AA team, but 4 quarters of chasing a speed team around will eventually wear down and spell doom for the Bears.

Would love to see a GA Southern report> I also believe App. St played GAS this year but havent been able to research this.

Good luck Black Bears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
