I just realized all games I played are opposite of their latest meetings in the regular season ATS.

I am going to try and find out how often the same team covers ATS in the playoffs as in the regular season when teams are meeting in the same venue as earlier in the year.

anyone know how too find that shit out cause besides Madjacks, im terrible with internet.

Like em all except the JETS..

lets get em BP...:0074

and since you mentioned it, ive been lookin at all the games again and may lay off NY after all the Ryan/Cromartie talking. I usually play whatever i have show up as a play, unless there are other factors outside of the game itself, like Rex ryan running his cocksucker on tv every single chance he has. I dont understand his tactics at all in this instance. Against some teams it may work, but brady and the hoodie, Come'on man...

I had this game fairly close so took the points, but this may be just what the jets didnt want. Not sure yet what I am gonna do cause i hate second guessing myself, but dont like what has happened the past couple days.

GL too ya with whatever you play BP. hopefully next year we will be watching a Vikings vs Dolphins superbowl....:toast:

Like this one. Think I may pull the trigger on it. Looks pretty anti consensus, and at the end of the day, Big Ben's been there before.

As for the Jets, I'm on the other side. Cannon fodder by Gang Green wouldn't be enough for me to sway my bet though. The Pats would run it up given the opportunity, in my opinion. But, if they don't have the game plan to do so, they won't.

It's funny, before the MNF game up here, RR and company kind of cranked down the chatter machine. Now, they are back to old habits.

What's even funnier is all the talking heads up here are bringing up how this is the biggest rivalry around now. This, in a city which couldn't outdo the Bronx Bombers for 86 years.

A few years later, and all of a sudden Jets/Pats is the greatest rivalry ever? Revisionist history for these homers, I guess no one remembers when your Dolphins used to beat the bleep out of the Patriots every year.

Anyways, I think the Pats win for a few reasons. They should be able to find someone over the top. Whether it's Gronkowski, or Welker, or even Hernandez, I think that's how they get quick yardage. They'll need the dink and dunk to open the run, as well as take chances deep. What they will do, is test Revis. This is not to take away, but look at Indy. You have a great player in Wayne, and you don't even look his way? Respect him, definitely, but if they see something, they'll go after it.

Also, Damien Woody placed on IR may be a key factor in this game. Wayne Hunter will get the start. Brandon Deadrick will most likely start at left end. He has been serviceable this year. Hardly pro Bowl caliber a la Ty Warren, but Deadrick has been a pleasant surprise, especially being drafted in the 7th round. What will also help Deadrick is knowing that Brandon Spikes is back from his 4 game suspension. Great talent, ten cent brain. Still, he's been very good against the run, and having him on that side will help immensely.

Good luck with your plays!

great stuff hogman, good too hear from ya:toast:

i am still considering buyin outta my jets bet. More i look at things, i am not sure if i am just comfortable laying money against brady. Then again, i wasnt comfortable laying money against manning last week.

as far as the steelers, i like em for a couple reasons. Baltimore can get after the QB, which is great, but steelers can deal with it. Big ben IMO is a top QB when he gets time too stand in the pocket. The thing that makes him so good though, is his ability too get outside the pocket and still be a top QB. Not everyday where you get a guy who can be a top QB standing in the pocket and still has the mobility too run and pick up first downs at anytime throughout the game. I think ben is not mentioned enough when discussing the best in the game. I hate the guy off the field, but cant deny his talent. I also like the home field advantage in the game. I know baltimore has proven they can win in pitt during the regular season, but wanna see it come playoffs. I dont like the steelers, but went too a playoff game couple years back and let me tell you, that place is electric. Those players absolutley feed off the fans and it really does make a difference. Lastly, I like Palomalu too make some big plays. When he is in the lineup, i really think they are way above any other defense in the league. They will get after flacco allday, and when you play pitt you can pretty much count out your run game. I look for a physical game obviously, but I think pitt will do enough too win the game and cover the number.

all that being said, i had a good regular season, but playoffs last week were not good too me, so fade away:0074
