interesting assumption DJV-- where your logics fails is that your demogaphical 90% voting block also has 75% of children born out of wedlock--so one could logically assume marriage or divorce rates would be scewed to the max.

As list states 1994. I only watch 20/20 and heard the story and admit I could have a state wrong but not all 4. In the real world it is true this country sucks at it's marriages. We have over 51% divorce rate as a whole. And there just not blacks, Hispanics and poor folks. In fact many times the root of the evil is money.
