DNC FUNDED VOTER FRAUD RING BUSTED IN TEXAS!

A North Texas woman recently indicted as part of a ?voter fraud ring? paid the others involved in the scheme with funds provided by a Democratic Party leader, say court documents filed by the Office of Attorney General Ken Paxton this week.

Leticia Sanchez was charged with 17 felony counts of voter fraud following an investigation by Paxton?s office. Sanchez, 57, allegedly paid her co-defendants to target elderly voters in select northern Fort Worth precincts in the 2016 March Democrat Party primary election to affect the outcome of certain down-ballot candidate races.

It's been years and years of accusations. Glad it was uncovered that 4 women committed voter fraud, this proves it exists. The President said he lost the popular vote due to millions of instances of voter fraud, put together a commission, found dick, then dismantled commission. If we subtract these 4 women from Trump's claim, we are well on our way to uncovering the other 4,999,996 instances.

The commission was disbanded and put under Homeland Security, the Democrats wouldn't cooperate.

Just so you know.

Other provisions

The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (PEIC or PACEI), also called the Voter Fraud Commission, was a Presidential Commission established by Donald Trump that ran from May 11, 2017 to January 3, 2018.[1][2] The Trump administration said the commission would review claims of voter fraud, improper registration, and voter suppression.[3] The establishment of the commission followed through on previous false claims by Trump that millions of illegal immigrants had voted in the 2016 United States presidential election, costing him the popular vote.[4] Vice President Mike Pence served as chair of the commission, while Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach served as vice chair and day-to-day administrator.

On June 28, 2017 Kobach wrote a letter in conjunction with the Department of Justice requesting personal voter information from every state.[5] The request was met with significant bipartisan backlash and a majority of states refused to supply some or all of the information, citing privacy concerns or state laws.[6][7]

Trump's creation of the commission was criticized by voting rights advocates, scholars and experts, and newspaper editorial boards as a pretext for, and prelude to, voter suppression.[8][9][10][11][12]

On January 3, 2018, the commission was disbanded by Trump, with a statement from the White House blaming many states' refusal to turn over information as well as legal disputes.[13][14] At that time Trump asked that the investigation be transferred to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which already holds much of the requested state voter data and oversees immigration records.[15] The acting DHS press secretary said that Kobach would not be advising or working with DHS, and the White House said it would destroy all the state voter data collected by the Commission.

It's always the Democrats! Voter Fraud is rampant but we can't actually prove it because of the Democrats, lol.

The Republican Party is the "Blame everyone else for your failures" party. Just so you know.

Judicial Watch Victory: Federal District Court Reaffirms Constitutionality of Ohio Voting Law, Denies ?End Run? Attempt Around Earlier Supreme Court Ruling

Judicial Watch Amicus Curiae Brief Referenced in Court?s Decision

?This Court recognizes that the extreme relief sought by Plaintiffs on their only remaining claim could potentially be viewed as an end run around the Supreme Court?s decision ??

(Washington, DC) ? Judicial Watch announced today that U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith for the Southern District of Ohio agreed with Judicial Watch in rejecting an attempt by the AFL-CIO?s Philip Randolph Institute to reinstate 1.5 million potentially ineligible voters onto the voting rolls. Judicial Watch?s amicus curiae brief opposed this radical step because it would harm the public interest, given that so many of the reinstated registrations would be legally invalid because they are associated with voters who are living in other states or are deceased (Phillip Randolph Institute, et al., v. Jon Husted, Ohio Secretary of State (No. 2:16-cv-00303)).

This second failed challenge to Ohio?s voter law came after the U.S. Supreme Court, on June 11, 2018, upheld an Ohio law providing that the State had to send address confirmation notices to all registered voters who had not voted in the previous two years. This ruling has the effect of also upholding a 2014 settlement agreement between Judicial Watch and Ohio, which required Ohio to use that same procedure as part of a regular Supplemental Mailing designed to identify whether registered Ohio voters had moved away ? one of many steps intended to fulfill Ohio?s obligations under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) to maintain the integrity of its voter list.

Wow, Judicial Watch had to work hard to put that spin on it. "Potentially ineligible voters", :mj07:

The Republicans are trying to purge the voter rolls by removing voter registrations from people that have not voted for a couple years or responded to a post card asking them if they want to stay registered. Who's cheating? The ones trying to remove eligible voters from the roster or the ones saying let the people decide when they want to vote once registered.

Potentially ineligible voters :mj07:

See Skulnik, dead people don't vote. Republicans are using the potential for someone to vote under an assumed identity of a potentially dead person as a means to keep people from voting. They tell dumb people like you stories of rampant voter fraud because it's the only way they can justify fucking over registered voters.

BTW.....Has Homeland Security made any progress on the disbanded/reassigned Voter Fraud Task Force? I think they were still around five million shy of the five million Trump claimed voted illegally.
