Those "average" prices are a hell of a lot better than they were under Oatmeal for Brains......many states are averaging well under $3/gallon.

let me clue you in there educated elite go back and look at your chart that you posted it states right at the top cheapest gas prices across the state and then gives a list of 5 or 6 cities and the prices in those cities
