Having a heated debate with a friend, do you agree or disagree with this statement, and why?

i.e. They have more youth that focus on sports as a way out. It could be that the fast white guys are not seen because they had the option to pursue other avenues in life.
There has never been evidence to prove any belief that blacks are genetically predisposed to being better in sports."

I personally believe that blacks are more genetically predisposed to accell at athletics than whites......do you agree or not? Do genes play a role or not?
