I saw him at a celebrity tournament here in Western Pa. shortly after his first Masters win. We were part of a large crowd as Tiger and then-Pa. Governor Tom Ridge approached the first tee. Gov Ridge wore a big beaming smile and waved heartily to his constituents. The crowd smiled, cheered and waved at Tiger and totally ignored the governor. It was a precious moment.
