Well, if it would make you unhappy to quit, then don't quit.

I would think that growing your own would be better as cyanide isn't in loose turnips. :shrug:

We eat turnips when they come in our CSA.

Other than that, we buy turnip greens for morning shakes. Kale or turnip greens make good shakes.

My daughter's been making Kale Shakes, never cleans the blender out after........:facepalm:

Wife bakes Kale and puts Sea Salt on them, calls them Kale Chips..............I call them, crap!

Was talking about this the other day with a friend. I officially don't have one friend or relative that eats turnips.

If she puts water in the blender after done, it is rather easy to clean up. We have a vitamix, but I assume every blender is the same with that respect.
