Dobbs---Media Bias Against Hillary?

Watched Mr. Dobbs last night and he raised the question about the media bias aganist Clinton. Well welcome to the "We Want Obama" media love-fest sir. If he think's the media is in Obama's corner now, just what until the general election. Never before has the media been so obivious in their liberal bias. It will be interesting to watch Olbermann, Mathews, Cooper, Abrams, Lehrer and their likes defend Obama's every move while painting the darkest picture possible when it comes to John McCain. I can't wait to read about the "Second Coming" in the New York Times, Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times. Reporters like Eugene Robinson, Cythia Tucker, Leonard Pitts Jr. and David Broder must all be creaming in their pants at the thought of Obama vs. McCain this fall. Mark my words that it will be 100% pro-Obama. Guess they all know how most of the public view their reports & columns as far-left & pro-Obama so they will just say the hell with reporting and go overboard in trying to get him into the White House. I hate to tell them but they do not decide elections, the people do. Can't wait to see their faces and read their columns when we people in "Fly-Over Country"(that is how they think of us) choose McCain in November. Guess we will get 4 more years of Anti-American, Bush's 3rd term, American's are racist journalism. How proud they must be. From a proud member of the people in "Fly Over Country"---Double Two!!!

Hillary is a bitch. She had my vote last summer until info about how she was taking money from the healthcare industry, and from the Israel lobby. She is beholding to them, plus Bill is beholding to alot of his old friends. If McCain becomes President then America deserves whatever hell he brings down on it's head.

But, depending on the argument and the political bias that's being forwarded here and elsewhere, Cable News and the highest rated political/news shows on radio are on Conservatively owned stations/channels. I can refer you to lots of posts in this forum about where most people who care about the country (not my words, the words of the poster) get their news and information. Rupert Murdoch is buying up as much as he possibly can, and unifying the message against all things left.

But then, when the argument is one like this (not saying you personally, just saying like this - of which there are many), then it's the liberal media that's controlling people's minds. Mainstream media is blamed for countless problems in our country, and then we see posts on the declining numbers in liberal print media, CBS eliminating workers, NY Times struggling, how bad the cable numbers are for all "liberal" shows, etc.

So, if it forwards your political viewpoint, the liberal media is controlling our minds. If it doesn't, then people are getting their information and are clamoring for "fair and balanced" stations and the conservative message.

I have posted incessantly in this forum about the treatment of all things Clinton on the Drudge Report - one of the most traveled sites on the Web. Yesterday, I counted six different headlines - all above the fold (a newspaper term for important) on the page that painted Hillary and/or Bill in a negative light. It has been that way non-stop since she started her campaign. And it started originally when Bill's affair put Drudge on the map years ago. I would agree on how MSNBC has treated her - They are pretty blatant about the Obama cause, and I have always found them essentially unfair in how they have treated the two democratic candidates - especially Russert and Matthews.

This is just like saying Obama is a Muslim. If you keep pounding the so called "Liberal Media " Into people who are easily conned they will believe anything. A Friend of mine is back on the air with a sports talk radio show and it took me a half hour to find his show but i sure as hell found about fifty neocon stations. These are not even rightwing stations. Alll neocon. Now if they took all of these stations off of the air and made these guys think for themselves they would have absolutely no debating skills and would get run right over. Now if you took off all of these so called liberal stations, i could still form an argument over their pathetic lies. There lies the difference. Shepperds who guide sheep against common freakin sense.
