SF/Atl ---- Remember Jaret Wright?? Very quietly the baddest in all the land for 2 months (7-1, 2.29, 1.19.......w/ a unexplainable, mail it in, 2/3 of an inning BP session at THE pitcher's park in the NL). Its a clean mismatch at home vs. :bigear: and to top it off, the Braves are SMOKIN": so hot, I'll get greedy.............Braves RL 2/2.50
Milly/Philly --- Well, I've seen alot of us keep the faith w/Philly, only to have our brains scrambled by how they manage to drop game after game against "inferior" teams. Enough. Bowa has lost this team. Not even a quality guy like Thome can stop it. Padilla has been just adequate since returning. Santos has been a road warrior this year w/ a laundry list of snuffed teams that includes the Flubs twice, StL, Minny, & Annie. Last trip not so hot, but I think this is a very live puppy here. Perfect time to Phade the Phils if you ask me.......Brewers 2/3.32 :yup
Balty/Tex --- Dog days in Dallas. This is the kind of pitcher they have to ream to stay in the playoff chase. I will look away from iffy record vs. LHP. It doesnt make sense w/Soriano and Tiexiera there. Erickson has looked decent at The Ballpark, but I think he sucks, and I think his former team can and will get to him. Balls jump down there this time of year, so I'll back the wood here.......Over 11.5, 1.10/1
NYY/Tor ---- Loiaza blows!!!!!!!!.... Jays 1/1.45
StL/Pit --- Kind of a wing it play here. Suppan has been outstanding on the road this year, no doubt. I also have a firm belief in the "Vogelsong Sucks Theory." He is improving, however, and I see him sacking it up and bouncing back from the beating at Busch last week........Under 9.5, 1.10/1
Minny/Annie --- This is just a gut feeling. Meaning I get nauseated every time I bet on this guy. I hope its the Aaron Sele that pitched at Yankee Stadium and not the one I always see when I lay chalk. Radke has been a rock in the #2 role, but you can beat him away from the Glad Bag. Angels will win this series and I see it starting tonite.....Halos 2.54/2
Hou/ChC --- Heart play. We own these guys now. This will be a fun one to watch after last weekend. Time to step on their friggin' throats Woody.........Cubbies RL 1/1.5
