Does anybody know (using a data-base program) what teams do that had the previous day-off playing a team which didn't have the previous day-off?

A break-down would be awesome...such as...home dogs, home favorites etc...

I gotta the way baseball schedules are made there maybe some opportunities brought about un-balanced scheduling...

Tuesday's teams which had Monday off playing teams which played Monday are...

CHC -145 verse FLA
MON +120 verse ATL
STL -165 verse SDG
COL +180 verse LAD

It will be interesting how these RESTED teams do today against those that didn't.

Note:
FLA played and traveled, while the CUBS rested at home.
SDG play and had to travel clear across the country, while STL may have traveled Sunday?
ATL played but is remaining at home...while MON may have arrived on Sunday?
LAD had to play and travel, while COL may have arrived on Sunday?

Big advantages...CHC, STL, COL ???
Small advantage...MON ?

I look at FLA to perhaps over come this disadvantage by playing a CUB team who won a BIG series with division rival STL...and is pitching K TAPANI, not one of their better pitchers.

I look at LAD to be fired up with the return of K. Brown, while Sheffield is red hot with the stick and has carried this team the last week on his shoulders.

Any thoughts?

Any stats that may be shared regarding rested teams verse un-rested teams would be greatly appreciated.
