monday night football is one big spam? I mean the broadcast lasts 4 hours, 2 of which are commercials. Kickoff..5 commercials..run 2 plays..5 commercials...etc, etc..

Yea, but everything else is getting to be that way as well.....especially radio for crying out loud.....its like the music is now getting less airtime than the commercials!
