This is nuts! I always thought only older folks had gout. I'm way too young! And this really hurts.

You must be drinking a lot of beer dude and eating a lot of rare meat. But the thing for gout is fresh cherries, berries, pina, and not drink too much beer. I know, I 'm a canidate for gout fever and it hurts. I've gotten iit iin my toes, knees, elbows, pinky finger to name a few sports. I first got gout when I was 42 unbelieveable pain bro. later dude. Keep fresh cherries handy.
