One bet would be
2 with 4,6,7,9 with 4,6,7,9
the 2nd bet would be
4,6,7,9 with 2 with 4,6,7,9.

If 2 comes in 1st or 2nd and any of the other four fill out top three spots you have a winner,which I haven't had any of in last few days
