so,please rest easy....i`m actually not surprised that a professional sports official would fix games...
particularly today...during an era in which fixing the outcome of the game isn`t a necessity..... what with quarters, halves and props galore.......
i`m just shoked that he was stupid enough to get caught...
now,a player,given today`s salaries, might surprise me a bit....

Sounds like you are wrong again. When i was a kid and thought these games were all on the up and up i lost a lot. When i reached the age of reason the losing stopped.
yeh amazing...im over it budddy,,just trying to point out i rembered watching that game and feeling something out of wack was going on and 6 months later come to find out this ref was in on that game...shit happens i got screwed on that one ,no biggy and im sure ive won some that i shouldnt have and most games I HOPE are legit...btw i had enough money on that game to buy a brand new kia ,so yeh it stung a little ,and im pissed so what...your comments really dont have anything to do with what i said ,except being an a hole...just trying to share something thats all.

I've already told you that I understand you've got the DiVinci Code of Fixed Sports Algorithms. Swell.......I hope you continue to be the Sage of sniffing out crooked games.
But let's face it.......Your Average Joe has just as much chance of being on the right side of the coin flip that picks the game right, as he does picking the "fix" right, so it doesn't matter.

I stopped wagering on regular season NBA years ago, although I still play playoff games on ccassion.
The day I stopped playing NBA I was on a under and everything was going fine. I had a fairly large play on it. That was until a foul fest started with 2 minutes to go and 22 points were scored on foul shots taking it over.
That gut feeling I had about the fix told me the NBA had problems.
and yyz can whine about people crying 50/50 and all, but the bottom line is they have cheated some honest gamblers. maybe if we yell loud enough they will find the cheating refs in the NFL and get them out so we can gamble without worrring about it.
I dont play that refs cheating chit homey.

Someone had to have some serious shit on him, don't you think? Who in the hell is going to "sell" their games for a lousy 2-5 grand each? The guy made over a quarter Million a year in pay! What the hell is 2 G's?

Not only was he taking the money from the big boys, he also had other people betting the games for him, so he was cashing chunks. And some of his other close buddys also.
I think the 500k fine they are imposing will be laughed at . More than likely if he keeps his mouth shut he will be able to retire when its all over and he gets out of jail .
