I find it remarkable that religious supporters find their way to a gambling forum in the first place. Odd, don't you think?

Then, they believe this is the correct audience to explain their point.

If you are here, you a likely a gambler, which is a sin. If it isn't a sin it certainly falls under the "avoid the appearance of evil" clause, I'm sure. So I guess your sins are OK and everyone else's need governed?

Remember, there is no little sin or big sin, just sin. If your religion is to be believed then in the eyes of God you are as full of guilt as the gunman yesterday, yet you feel the need to voice your opinion (incorrectly) here?

Yoo-hoo! It's me! (I know...I really shouldn't be here, but I just couldn't resist the temptation).

Maybe you should preach your non-comforting, ungodly, Christian-critical point of view on a street corner in Connecticut where you can be seen. Then, when some grieving father punches your face in, you can return to the internet and use a keyboard to tell everyone how some Christian maniac disobeyed God's instruction of "do unto others...", physically assaulted you and violated your civil rights and right to free speech.

Who do you like in the Pacers / Pistons game?

I'm not sure if your missing my point, or I'm missing yours.

Either way, I don't have an opinion on the Pacers/Pistons game. NBA is not my thing.

On the course!
Maybe we can stop filling our kids with mind altering drugs that doctors shove on them because they wiggle too much in class when they are 6?

Anyone ever done a study on these killers in relation to that?

+1

It's not just on the doctors... many parents are looking for excuses why Johnny is not smart... it HAS to be a medical condition, like ADD or something like that... it couldn't possibly be that their kid is just dumb.

Not everyone is created equal. Drugging these kids because they are not smart, or not advancing in school, is not the answer.

When I (many of us) were growing up, we didn't medicate. We realized everyone was different - some are great athletes, some artistic, some smart - and just the opposite.

Of course, the high acceptance of divorce in this country doesn't help - it certainly screws up kids. Getting a divorce now is as common as refinancing your home.

What happened to the phrase when getting married "till death do us part"?

Ok, I digressed a bit... but agree with YYZ's comment 100% ...
