TDJ - understand what you are saying, but at the same time if McClinton was injured the line for the game would have reflected it.

Like I say, its cool. No problem.

I really didn't know if I was going to play anything tonight or not. Just decided to look at the forum and saw where McClinton was injured.

Had no idea what the line was and knew that McClinton is a HUGE part of their team, so I saw 2' spread and took it.

Obviously I did no research, but barely had time to get the bet in so trusted he was injured. I still say there are so many more ways to indicate he is hurt or to elaborate rather than say...he's injured.

But again, no worries. Providence will cover 2 1/2 and we'll all be happy :)

I've never seen a team easier to guard than Providence in a halfcourt offense. Miami sits in a zone...Prov literally does not move. They throw a couple passes and no one moves at all. These 2 teams suck, except for McClinton. I thought he was injured ROFL

Providence is terrible. They stunk it up. What a way for all the Friars seniors to go out. Terrible. I can't believe I even went with them. I wish I would have bought into the Miami hype. I'm just mad at myself. I should have double checked to see if McClinton was playing. He definitely was the difference in the game without a doubt. Everytime the Friars got close he would kill them with a big shot. I knew it was over when the Friars could never convert any steals into points. And Miami's size inside killed them on the boards. Very poorly played game.

Yeah, not going to harp on it much more, but I'd have never taken Providence if I knew McClinton was playing. They really are terrible...but Miami is awful without McClinton.

PC had their chances but they could not convert and refs called a lot of crap in 2nd half. 2 blatant flops by Miami along with some charges with the guy directly under the basket and some touch fouls on D.

Amazing you feel that way TD

I guess they are so terrible at home that they knocked off the #1 PITTSBURGH.

The Friars did beat Pitt during the regular season. I guess this game just came down to some bad calls and a complete failure to convert so many opportunities Miami gave them. Some of those calls were very suspect against the Friars. And the final dagger was McClinton.
