okay, OSU not exactly playing their best ball but i will lay 3 points to an Ivy league team anyday.....much more athleticism for the pokes and they should eat Penn alive on the boards.....

USC had more talent than Penn also. Trojans got stomped at home by the Quakers.

OSU may not have the offense to win by margin. Even as small as 3 pts.

OU's offense shouldnt be laying this much to the school of the blind.....even if they get 30 point lead at half, good cahcne for backdooor cover

Dont think this game will have much pace....dont know if it will get over 110 points either

Colorado travel plans -- have to take long busride today for game tomorrow due to airport shutdown....

also like the disciplined, defensive minded team in the tourney vs. the poor defense, inexperienced, undisciplined not-so-road warrior Buffaloes

Marquette -10.5 -220

lots like Holy Cross because of last years performance against Kansas....easily covered 30 point spread and ALMOST won outright....now spread is 10.5 (already i see value) in addition to fact that Marquette lost last year (more value) to Tulsa in 1st round.....also Marquette lost game in tourney to UAB....

look for much superiorly talented Marquette to open things up early and cruise to 20 point win today......good spot for them IMO

S. Illinois +4.5 -110

Have thought about this game for a long time.....think the smart $$ is on S. Illinois....Mizzou run last year with good performance in big12 tourney combined with SIll blowout to Creighton gives value here.....like the quickness of S Ill as carefree guards for Mizzou may turn ball over many times....plus i do not think the big12 is as strong in general as public thinks it is....last year Texas Tech got run off the court in opening round of tourney against S Illinois....this year i think we will get a good game but i think Mizzou will be playing from behind in the end....

Gonzaga doesn't have heart of team as in years past with Calvary gone...Cincy much more athletic.....public by now LOVES Gonzaga but i don't see any magic this year...but you know that every Joe Shmoe has his $$ and Gonzaga advancing

should get a run and gun game here....Notre Dame with some tourney experience but not playing their best ball down the stretch....this year they are the hunted and also have to lack some confidence.....spells upset IMO....

Wisky plays slow down ball....big margin for them to cover.....think we get a close game....hopefully fouls in the end do not push this over the number

playing well right now going into tourney.....line naturally inflated a bit for Duke bettors.......ACC weak defense....Duke a shadow of former teams....like points

WKy wouldda had a much better team if not for injuries....i think that shows up today against the big boys....tough for cinderella to beat good rebounding, well coached team with good big man in tourney

big12 0-3 ats....3-0 SU
fading the big12 teams was definitely the right play in all 3 games....i really do think this conference is overrated....question is, will linesmakes catch up 2nd round???? i dont think so....SU wins should still have lines inflated a bit
