EMJ32,

Man are you stupid for posting this on here. . . especially after you already gave me your phone number. . . should have left well enough alone in the first place, but you had to push it. . .

BearAZ, You have got to be the biggest joke on the internet. How pitiful of you to spend your time with another weak effort. I'm really starting to worry about you, and your fascination with me and this forum. I need to talk to your parents about your obsession.

Let's get the facts straight again, you challenged me to call you. I did call you and you refused to answer but recorded my voicemail display # as you were shaking in your lil boots. You continue to threaten to harass me by calling me repeatedly. Now, you tell us that you have a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice???

As for this threat, IF you did have an education, you wouldn't embarrass yourself with such a ridiculous implication. So what's the charge officer, illegal posting of a question? You are a joke!

So, now that you have completely alienated yourself from most of the forum, isn't it time for you to go...............again??

Jack, Is this really acceptable behavior from a member of this site? How much more of this guys crap must we put up with?

Jack,

You were wrong about this guy keeping his mouth shut now. . .

xxxxxxxxx (EMJ32),

Do you really want me to call your bluff? I have NEVER once called you nor harassed you. . . but yes, I have threatened you THIS way into compliance with my simple requests. . . must I prove your assumptions wrong? You really have no idea what I do for a living do you? Do you realize just how big satellite theft has become? Well, if you aren't familiar with the criminal justice area, then I guess you wouldn't!

I already told Jack I wouldn't go through with my threat UNLESS you continued your crap. . . how far do you want to take this?

and Bear, i very RARELY make an *online* judgement of a person towards the negative, and until this point, was actually giving you the benefit of the doubt of being an okay human being....... well, consider this one of those rare occasions now, where it has become easy to see someone as a JERK *online*, and i ain't referring to EMJ

BearDown- TAKE A HIKE! Regardless of what EMJ did or said, nothing warranted the low-class, slimeball threats and posting of names that you did. Nothing.

Bear, that could be true, no idea of what has been exchanged between the two of you in e-mail, but that still isn't an excuse to come into a public forum, and threaten someone on the subject that you did. Especially here

Don't tell me you posted my name in a public forum with out my permission and violated my right to privacy? You did this after maliciously accusing me in error of an illegal act.

I wonder how quickly I can find out how my personal info was illegally obtained. Oh SheriffBear you just made a HUGE mistake.

I'll bet my JD Degree that I'll get general and punitive damages from you. It's time for the student to be taught a lesson in civil court.

Nothing wrong with the question that was asked to start this thread??? EMJ32 is breaking the law. . . "looks like I lost my ppv (pay per view)" is a direct indication of this as subscribed cards NEVER lose its ppv channels.

For those of you who do not know, DirecTV has decided to pursue individuals (not just dealers or websites that sell items so that one can unlock channels they are not supposed to) and have already begun to file civil suits against those individuals who are found stealing their satellite signal for $10,000 per offense. Most of their information that leads them to individuals stealing their signal comes DIRECTLY from websites. The high majority are found from customer information from sites that have sold individuals their products to steal the signal. However, there have been individuals found on message boards who have been identified as well.

One final method that has been used are DirecTV dealers themselves. Since satellite dishes are sometimes located in visible areas, dealers have performed checks on residents who have a dish to determine if they subscribe to DirecTV. If they do not subscribe, then further action is taken to determine if the resident is stealing the signal.
