DTV Sub help needed

I have a friend that has the 3 parts to a valid sub but he doesent know how to put them together to go on the card and all I know is how to put the finished product on the card. Anyone out there know how to do it? If so I will send them to you to see if you can get it together. Just send me back the finished program and you can use it for yourself also. Thanks

USW Keys...
Group Keys...
CAM/ZKT ID...



If so, he can do "patch all" if he's running Extreme HU
