UConn always misses half their FTs...UConn horrible, refs (like always) have their Duke whistles...not good for us Uconn bettors...

This is true, but when you have the other teams best player in foul trouble, it is not good to have both your players at the same position get in equally the same foul trouble!! Now no one can play physical down low!! First team to pick up that 4th foul loses...

If Duke makes their layups they are up 15. Uconn cannot run an offense, as their horrid point guard play is rearing its ugly head bigtime in this game. The foul trouble on Duke's front line only thing keeping them in the game. Rat Face really got outcoached on that one.
I can't see Okafor not even showing up for a HUGE game and what would be the last of his collegiate career..I expect a double double from him 2nd half...Duke will still launch threes and get NO rebounds this half...slam it- Uconn -4.5
Duke will still get the crappy perimeter hand check calls..I'm just saying Sheldon picks up #4 first....which is huge edge

Duke defends the 3 very well..........Okafor CONTROLS the paint!
CT needs inside presence to win this.... Refs took away CTs greatest strength in this matchup and forced them to play to Dukes strength.................we'll see 2nd half

there should be more fouls called on duke as they grab and slap on every trip down the floor. however, uconn can only blaim themselves. they are $hitty ft shooting team. gordon is the only decent ft shooter, but he is not playing smart either. he has made some terrible decisions out there. the inexperience of charlie v is hurting uconn as well. he is undisciplined on d and he fails to consistently block out. curious as to when the ncaa stopped calling traveling as well. jmo
It is not about how many fouls called on Duke it is about the timing of the calls. That is how everybody justifies calls made against both teams. It is when fouls are called. Okafor called very eary in game for 2 ticky tacky bs calls while the rest of the second half those call were not made.
