Duke is a very average team this year. Of course they are still Duke and will get every block/charge and every close call will go their way.
They always struggle with FSU and Va Tech and this game is at Va Tech. I think they will "find a gritty, gutsy way to win" lol but the score may be close.
Duke is pretty much the toughest team to bet on, whether you are betting on them or against them. I took MD a few days ago and Duke somehow covered at the very end.

Duke down to 3 & 3.5 now. Thinking about taking them myself. Do they have UNC on deck? Need to check... otherwise not sure I understand the line move down. Public will hammer Duke at this number, I mean hammer and even sharps have to consider them.
Duke down to -3 now at one of my books... wow! Unreal as I would have expected 6 or 7... thinking I'm going square city and taking Duke now. Va Tech has been a huge disappointment all year and nothing special at home. Very surprised if Duke doesn't win the game and I consider Va Tech just a notch above Maryland who they lost to last weekend and Duke was -10.5 or -11 against them on the road. Duke should win by 5 to 7 IMHO.

Oh boy another arrogant duke fan:facepalm: . Duke is better than average. I'll give u that. No better than a sweet 16 team tho. Live & die by the 3 is not getting u deep in the tourney. Plus they lost 2 fsu & miami at home. Fsu just lost 2 bc & miami is a bubble team at best. Exciting win last nite but a bit lucky. Great shot by rivers but if they call a walk on curry 4 taking 4 steps b4 that 3 to cut it 4 we're not talking bout that shot 2day. Congrats on stealing that game & having a nice duke team this year
