Thanks Ray, the big dog always has to set the pace I pay about 35/yd. for the floors w/fibermesh for labor, like you said all jobs are different, cuts/exp. joints, drops are extra. have one coming up, might keep this one, about 75' l and 44 d' at the widest, plus 3 car garage, full walkout to pool area. 112/14 ft. high front wall then dropping down to the walkout across the back.
