Tons on injuries for both teams, some players back for Philly, weather not good, 90% of touts on Philly.

I've been keeping an eye on that all week (leaning under).
Latest shows it should be decent weather; cool (no doubt, apparently 40-41) with some winds in the neighborhood of 10mph, plus or minus a couple.
