Agreed, even if spikes is not as good as he used to be, he will be a definite upgrade over dahani jones. I think Jones' guitar playing days in Philly are numbered. Losing D. Walker is of no consequence, they are very deep at DT. Holcomb isnt a bad #3 guy either.

Chill they had the worst run defense in the league. They are all average or below average defense tackles. Bad drafts and i hope for goodness sakes they don't draft another one. I agree the air guitar has run it course. it ran its course two years ago. A tackling dummy is an upgrade from Jones.

I wanted them to get Patrick Willis LB from Ole miss, to take over for Trotter who is great against the run but cant cover a single TE in the league. i dont think that will happen with the addition of Spikes.
I think Willis is going to be a beast.
They are probably looking at Ross DB Texas or Nelson DB Florida.

With reed you never no. Its one bad draft after another. He will probably go with the offensive line since they are the strong point of the team. I like to see them get that little running back from florida state with a two if he is there. Put him back there on kicks and back up westbrooke. They do need defensive help tho but they just wont draft linebackers. They could use a receiver to but i have seen him pick one dud after another.
