Dodgers continue to struggle offensively and Ishii has struggled away from home. Like all Japanese pitchers that don't play 162 games regularly, I expect Ishii to continue his 2nd half fade, much like Nomo does each year. It never fails, the Japanese exports struggle after the 100 game mark. Roa is a virtual unknown but must know how to win establishing a 14-0 record at AAA Scranton. I expect his 2nd start to be much better than his first and for the Phils to get him some early run support. For those of you that can take 4.5 inning lines i recommend the under 4. I don't think the Phils have seen Ishii yet so they may have a tough time finding his release point first time through.
